Smart brain are protected
You must wear your helmet when you climb a via ferrata.
Falling rocks, (and sometimes camera) or you may hurt your head to a rock or hand bar. If you are smart, you protect your brain!
WarningAdjust carefully your helmet or the helmet of a kid. So many times I see kids with not adjusted helmet. The poor kids can not even see where they go! This is not fun and this is not safe! Take few minutes, adjust the helmet and then only, go.
